Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of Kestrel, Rivero’s product analytics service, and of this website. By signing in to Kestrel or using this website you agree to them.
1. Your organization’s agreement comes first
Kestrel is provided to organizations under a written agreement with Rivero. If you use Kestrel through your organization, that agreement governs the service, and if it conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins. Your organization decides who may access its Kestrel environment and with what role.
2. Your account
- Sign in only with your own account, and keep access to it secure.
- Your organization’s administrators may change your role or remove your access at any time.
- Tell your administrator or us promptly if you think your account has been misused.
3. Acceptable use
You must not:
- try to access data or environments you have not been given access to;
- disrupt, overload, probe or attack Kestrel or the networks it runs on;
- use Kestrel to send or store data you have no right to process, or in breach of any law, including data protection law;
- copy, resell or reverse engineer Kestrel, except as the law expressly allows.
4. Data
Your organization owns the data it sends to Kestrel and the reports its people create. We process that data only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Connected AI assistants
If you connect an AI assistant to Kestrel, it acts on your behalf with your role’s permissions. You are responsible for what you ask it to do, and the assistant’s provider handles what you send it under its own terms. You can disconnect it at any time by signing out of Kestrel.
6. Changes and availability
We keep improving Kestrel and may change features. Service levels, if any, are set out in your organization’s agreement. This website is provided “as is”.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, and except as your organization’s agreement says otherwise, Rivero is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of Kestrel or this website.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
